These books become available in the App Store and cost $2.99 per chapter, which is $69.99 for the full book. It is planned that in the very near future the cost per chapter will raise to $3.99 and the full book price grow up to $84.99. These tutorials were created with the expectation of all the iPad’s possibilities such as: a touch screen, deep color support and support for media files. For example, the version of the textbook on biology for iPad offers the image of the molecules in 3D, video for lectures and interactive control tasks. Students have the opportunity to provide the text for textbooks (in a paragraph on the line, etc.), create bookmarks, as well as sharing textbooks with friends.

Today iPad is not a cheap device (about $500) and it is still expensive for student’s budget. There are Internet companies out there that giving you iPad for free.
