By way of Samsung’s exclusive 240 HZ technology, which operates at 240 frames per second, the panels of Samsung’s 3D televisions achieve pictures that tend to be lifelike. This is done by switching left and right eye images back and forth by way of 3D active glasses technology.
The new 3D active glass technology employed by Samsung initially obstructs the left and then the right lens, which results in a short lag when pictures are made available to each eye. This results in more lifelike images.
It should be noted that the polarized glass lenses previously employed in 3D glasses resulted in images for the right and left eyes that were separate. This produced 2D images that were only one half the resolution that they could have been, as only one half of the screen could be seen through each polarized filter. The polarized filters also reduced brightness. The active glass technology employed by Samsung to make 3D TVs is clearly superior to using polarized lenses where seeing multidimensional images that are clear and bright is concerned.
In conclusion, 3D televisions are becoming increasingly popular today. Samsung offers 3D televisions that employ its exclusive 240 HZ and active glass technologies. Samsung’s 3D TVs started to be mass produced earlier this year, and they have already earned reputations for their lifelike images and excellent quality.
