Dreamweaver gives users the ability to set the show dialog box option. You can use this feature to hide the dialog box if you don’t want it to appear when you are inserting objects in Dreamweaver. By setting this option, you don’t have to spend time to fill in the fields in the dialog box to fill in the object. The object will automatically be inserted into the document f you hide the dialog. The show dialog is available for other options such as inserting frames, media, images and etc. This feature is located in the Accessibility category under the Preferences dialog box.
If you want to configure Dreamweaver to show attributes when inserting form objects, you must go to the Preferences dialog box. To launch the Preferences dialog box, you can select Edit > Preferences. In the left pane, you should select Accessibility. In the Accessibility page, you should check the Form objects checkbox and click the OK button.
If you want to show dialog when inserting frames, you should check the Frames checkbox. After that, you should click on the OK button.
If you want to show dialog when inserting media, you should check the Media checkbox. To make the changes take effect, you should click on the OK button.
If you want to show dialog when inserting images, you should xheck the Images check box.
If you want to keep the focus in the panel, you should check the Keep focus in the panel when opening box. If you want to use offscreen rendering, you should check the Offscreen rendering (need to disable when using screen readers) check box.
