Would the Cons bother you? Some of the Con’s may or may not be noticeable to the computer user depending on their needs. For example, you may ask yourself: How often do I use the optical drive? Or do I really need it? In this day and age, most software and applications can all be downloaded from the internet. Another question you may want to ask yourself is: Will you notice the reduced power compared to a full-size computer? Most users who use their computer use it to type documents, check email, or browse the internet. Will you notice the difference in processing speed? Those who use power intensive tasks such as Photoshop or certain high intensive games may notice a slow down.
